She is no stranger to working with non-profits in both her personal and professional life. During her time in the mortgage industry she spearheaded many charitable initiatives and even helped others launch similar programs on their own. Anita is also active in the foster care community as both a licensed foster parent and a volunteer. Anita Wolcott joined the NHWBA as the Executive Director in July of 2024. She came from a large law office in Manchester, NH where she worked as their Business Development and Marketing Coordinator. Before that she spent over 15 years in the mortgage industry doing marketing, advertising, website management, and community relations.
