Come join the NHWBA and enjoy a warm summer evening with refreshing cold drinks and spicy food and listen to Connie Rakowsky as she speaks about a collaborative initiative between the NH Women's Policy Institute, the NH Commission on the Status of Women, and the NH Women's Lobby based on the recent study into the status of women and girls in New Hampshire. The NHWPI produces and disseminates research about the status of women in NH. One of their current research projects outside of NH is issues regarding Women's Peace in Afghanistan on behalf of the United Nations.
